One scheduling situation we all have to deal with is moving an appointment. Here’s how to move an appointment in My Massage Appointments. First, get to the appointment you want to move. Maria Blant says she can’t make her appointment anymore; she has to have one that is earlier. Click on the appointment and change the time. She needs to be moved up to 7:00 a.m., so I’ll click on 7:00 a.m. We have just moved Maria’s appointment from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
