One of the great time-saving features of My Massage Appointments is the ability to send automatically generated email reminders to your client. The email reminders will have the time, date and location of their appointment. Here’s how it works. First, check your client list, make sure your client has a valid email address. Next, choose the day of your appointment, then choose the time of your appointment, and choose the options you would like to have for your appointment. You can even enter the dollar amount of the massage. Next, in the appointment itself in the Day View, click on this envelope—you have just sent an automatic email reminder to your client containing the date, time, and location of their appointment.
