One of the great things about My Massage Appointments is the ability to send automatic text reminders. To set this up, first take a look at your client. Make sure they have a valid cell phone carrier, and a correct cell phone number. Then, choose the day of your appointment; choose the time of your appointment; check the options you want for your appointment, then in the Day View where you can see the appointment, click on the SMS button. You have just sent an automatic text reminder to your client, containing the day, time, and address of their appointment.
